Account Executive / Sales Engineer BAS
JOB DESCRIPTION
Under close supervision, manages and grows assigned HVAC Building Automation Controls territory accounts. Achieves sales and gross margin goals. Develops and implements plans to increase sales opportunities for Environmental Control Corporation, Inc. present and future clients. Ensures a smooth sales to operations transition and monitors progress. Assists in resolving installation, collections and other customer satisfaction issues as needed. Assists customers and potential customers with concerns involving the use of company devices, products and services. Recommends suitable resolutions accordingly. Prepares accurate and thorough sales activity reports, forecast reports and expense tracking reports.

Service/Construction BMS Programmer Position
JOB DESCRIPTION
Environmental Controls Corporation is currently seeking an experienced BAS/BMS System Programmer to work in our Vancouver/Portland, office. The right candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of HVAC system, excellent technical skills and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. This person must possess a high degree of integrity and the ability to analyze a variety of problems and work independently. They must be technically proficient in programming, standards and procedures, and their knowledge of building systems and applications to develop programs for DDC controllers and graphics for user interface tools.

Service Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our service department, ensuring that all building automation service requests are handled efficiently and effectively. This includes managing customer inquiries, dispatching technicians, tracking service requests, and ensuring excellent communication between clients and field staff. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, managing service contracts, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and supporting our service team. This role is central to the service department of over twenty individuals, and you must be team oriented and results driven to succeed.
