One of the smartest investments you can make in your building is keeping it up-to-date and running as efficiently as possible. We can keep your HVAC system and other Building Technology systems working effectively through various service solutions designed to meet your particular needs.
Our Service Team is comprised of experts in both intelligent building controls and HVAC mechanical equipment. Service technicians receive monthly safety training, as well as additional safety training through their local union affiliation. While at your work site, we are dedicated to a safe workplace and continually promote a safe work environment.
We employ union electricians and steam fitters that can repair or replace any piece of mechanical or electrical equipment, as well as start-up and commissioning to ensure precise operation. Our Installation department purchases parts in large quantities, allowing us to pass the savings on to our service customers.
Environmental Controls Corp. offers 24-hour emergency service; service agreement packages; customized training; and Energy Trust Services.

Our technicians are cross-trained on a multitude of HVAC mechanical systems and DDC controls – providing a one-stop-shop for all your HVAC systems needs.
Environmental Controls Corp. offers a wide array of service and training packages that make the difficult job of managing your facility easier. We customize each and every package to meet each owner’s individual needs. We can use the allotted time for maintenance and repair of controls and equipment, as well as training your personnel on-site.

ENERGY SERVICES
Environmental Controls Corp. is a Trade Ally for Energy Trust of Oregon Incentive Programs. We perform Level 1 and 2 Technical Assistance Studies to identify project measures to be incentivized. We’ve assisted our customers in securing significant incentive dollars to help pay for energy savings measures for their facilities.
We can perform retrofits of your current facility’s HVAC system with little or no impact on your day-to-day facility operations.

TRAINING
Training can come in three main formats: Factory training at the Alerton Headquarters, on-site training at your schedule, or training at one of our office locations. We can sponsor your employees at the Alerton factory for 1-2 week classes or, alternately, set up smaller blocks of training at your site. Additional training can be purchased to refresh your current knowledge and to update you concerning new features that become available in future versions of your system. We can provide onsite training to your staff for Alerton, McQuay, AAON, Phoenix, and other brands of HVAC systems.
