Energy Trust of Oregon Trade Ally

Environmental Controls Corp. is a Trade Ally for Energy Trust of Oregon Incentive Programs. We perform Level 1 and 2 Technical Assistance Studies to identify project measures to be incentivized. We’ve assisted our customers in securing significant incentive dollars to help pay for energy savings measures for their facilities.

Energy Savings Retrofit Projects

We can perform retrofits of your current facility’s HVAC system with little or no impact on your day-to-day facility operations. We’ve performed the following types of retrofits:

•    DDC HVAC controls for older pneumatic or electric HVAC controls
•    VFDs for Fan Inlet Guide Vanes
•    Higher SEER Condensing Units for older inefficient condensing units
•    Premium Efficiently Motors for inefficient motors

Energy Audits

We’ll perform an energy audit of your facility by performing a utility data analysis of energy use and a walk-through survey of your facility’s systems, including HVAC, Lighting, and Building Envelope. We then can recommend Energy Saving Measures that can be implemented to reduce your monthly energy bills.  We’ve performed energy audits for numerous facilities totaling over 2 million square feet.

Energy Management Services

Our certified energy managers can help you perform an energy baseline of your facility’s energy use. We will analyze energy use on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. With this information, we can make useful recommendations to help reduce your monthly energy bills while improving your facility’s performance.  We can assist you in becoming an Energy Star rated building or LEED-EB Certified, both honorable distinctions of performance for your facilities.
